The Customer who intends to file a complaint, may file their Complaint with the Company by using any of the following channels between 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Monday to Friday (Except Public Holiday) and furnishing the complete details in relation to such complaints.
Customercare@ardentcapital.in - This email id shall be used only for operational activities for sending welcome letters, issue NOC, Foreclosure letters by the Operational Department. Customers may send mail to this id for requests relating to documents or inquiries regarding loan accounts.
Once the Complaint is Registered through the proper channel, the Customer will receive the acknowledgement mail along with the Customer Complaint Number which shall be mentioned in the further communication for easy identification.
If the Complaint is not resolved within 15 working days or Customer is not satisfied with the response or the solution provided, the Customer may approach the Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO).

Important Note: Customer has to mention the Complaint ID number while escalating to the next level.
In case, the Complaint is not resolved within 30 working days from the date of filing of the Complaint or the Customer is not satisfied with the response or the resolution provided to the Customer by the Company, the customer may appeal under RESERVE BANK OF INDIA INTEGRATED OMBUDSMAN SCHEME, 2021.
